Terms & Conditions

Version 1 · updated September 30, 2026

Reservations and payment

  • A reservation is held for a short time while you pay. It is confirmed only after our staff verifies your payment.
  • Pay the exact amount shown using the QR code on the payment page, and upload a clear screenshot of the successful payment.
  • Payments that cannot be verified may be rejected. You will be given a chance to upload a new proof of payment.
  • Your Booking ID is your reference. Please present it when you arrive.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations made by the customer 24 hours or more before the start of the booking may be refunded, less any transfer fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows, are not refundable.
  • If we must cancel a booking (for example because of court maintenance, a power interruption or severe weather), you may choose a full refund or a new schedule.
  • Approved refunds are sent to the account used for payment within 7 days.

Arrival and court time

  • Please arrive a few minutes early. Your booked time starts and ends as scheduled; late arrival does not extend it.
  • Please vacate the court on time so the next players can start.

Health, safety and injuries

  • Pickleball is a physical activity with a risk of injury. By booking you confirm that you and your companions are fit to play and take part at your own risk.
  • Zaza's Paddle Court, its owners and staff are not liable for any injury, illness or accident that happens during or in connection with your use of the court and facilities, except where caused by our gross negligence.
  • Wear proper sports footwear and follow staff instructions and posted court rules at all times.
  • Players under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

Personal belongings

  • You are responsible for your own belongings. Zaza's Paddle Court is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items, including items left in the court, parking area or common areas.

Facilities and conduct

  • You are responsible for any damage to the court, nets, equipment or facilities caused by you or your group, and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
  • Respectful behaviour is expected. Staff may ask anyone who is unsafe, disruptive or breaks these terms to leave, without a refund.

Your information

  • We use your name, mobile number and email only to manage your booking and contact you about it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms. The version you accept when you reserve applies to that booking.
